The three-story Waldhaus Arena is divided into two aisles encased in a single shell of copper scales and the core building clad with large-scale copper plates. Anchored to the side is the reception area with its apparently floating roof and large glass front overlooking the street. Guests are received in the light, generous foyer with dark, pigmented terrazzo tiles, exposed concrete walls and elegant lounge furnishings.
From here there are two paths. One goes from the elegant foyer on the ground floor to the » Curler Restaurant & Pub, where a highlight is the views: to one side a large glass front presents an unrestricted view of the magnificent Flimserstein and the town of Flims – and to the other side, one enjoys a direct view into the wood clad event hall. The staircases on either side of the foyer lead to the lower level with two comfortable seminar rooms. All three levels are accessible by lift for the physically impaired.
